Clinical Case of a Patient with Extranodal Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma and Surgical Complications

Summary Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is one of the most common types non-Hodgkin in adults. In cases a complete remission possible to obtain by applying conventional immunochemotherapy (rituximab combination with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, methylprednisolone or R-CHOP). Its effect depends on some risk factors, cellular origin and extend – localization when extranodal involvement confirmed. We present case patient DLBCL small intestine non-specific clinical manifestation. Following treatment standard therapy R-CHOP fail achieve disease response gastrointestinal track (GIT) complications were registered.
